So, How Much Does it Cost to Rent This Thing?

Big Bertha is a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter featuring a queen-size high-quality memory foam bed, outdoor shower w/ pop up tent, toilet, robust solar & electrical system, full insulation, excellent ventilation, and a sink with plenty of counter space.

Pick up is in South County San Diego.

Base rate is $180/night + $50 cleaning fee, but we love to offer discounts on longer stays!

Camping, But Better.

The van features stunning wood paneling throughout the passenger area, highlighted by a beautifully hand-painted closet door, creating a delightful blend of beach shack and mountain cabin vibes. The versatile living space is ideal for savoring your morning coffee, enjoying meals, getting work done, or playing games.

Recommendations

  • While there's plenty of water and power, it's best to use campground facilities (showers, sinks, restrooms) when available to save in-van resources for emergencies.

  • Our van’s powerful gas heater, which runs from the tank, makes her ideal for cold nights.

Other Things to Note

  • Renters are responsible for all tolls and any late toll fees if they do not notify the owner.

  • The van is almost 10 feet tall; avoid anything 11 feet or lower!

We've got everything you need—just don't forget your toothbrush and fresh undies!
